Overview

About the Noble T7

Noble T7 Optical Emission Spectrometer is specifically designed for high-precision elemental analysis of solid metal samples across a wide dynamic range — from trace to high-concentration levels. It delivers exceptional sensitivity and accuracy, particularly in the detection of non-metallic elements in the deep ultraviolet region, making it well-suited for the stringent requirements of industries such as metallurgy, automotive manufacturing, aerospace, and consumer goods production.

Built on decades of application expertise, the Noble T7 integrates advanced full-spectrum direct-reading technology with a stable optical system, ensuring excellent repeatability and reliability of analytical results. Ideal for quality control, material development, and process optimization, it provides a robust and accurate solution for metal analysis in both laboratory and industrial environments.

With years of experience in the industry, Jiebo has designed this new, high performance full spectrum optical emission spectrometer for the smelting industry and laboratories that have a large number of metal analysis needs, to meet the production needs of customers in smelting, automotive, aerospace, consumer products, and many other industries.

Capabilities

What the Noble T7 is designed for

Features

  • Scientific-grade CMOS sensor: ppm-level detection limits for metals, ideal for 99.95%+ purity samples.
  • Broad spectral range (120–800 nm) enables accurate analysis of non-metallic elements, including low-content nitrogen.
  • Patented integrated gas manifold: reduces Ar consumption and failure points.
  • Maintenance-free GDS digital source (up to 1000 Hz) with adjustable parameters for optimal excitation.
  • CAN bus communication and multi-layer isolation ensure EMI-free operation.
  • Auto-diagnostics monitor critical modules (temperature, pressure, etc.).
  • Factory pre-calibrated curves with interference correction guarantee low-element accuracy.
  • Real-time drift correction automatically adjusts for stable, reliable results.
  • Scientific research grade CMOS detector ensures extremely high optical resolution and improves the analyzing accuracy to less than 10ppm.
  • Constant temperature of the optical chamber (±0.1°C), automatic spectral drift calibration, to ensure long-term stability of the spectral position.
  • Pre-set metal grades can be quickly identified. Free choice of analysis mode, configuration curve, optimization parameters.
  • The combination of high-quality hardware and specific algorithms, better monitoring of the operating status of the instrument, to improve the analysis results and reduce the frequency of calibration.
