Information You Provide
The inquiry form asks for your name, a way to contact you and a description of your request. Depending on the purpose of the inquiry, you may also provide your company, country or region, a model of interest, material and measurement requirements, purchasing information or details about an existing instrument.
A distribution inquiry may include your company’s market, current product lines and support capabilities. A support inquiry may include an instrument model, serial number and a description of the issue.
The fields used by the two forms on this website are:
| Form | Fields |
|---|---|
| Inquiry (application, sample testing, quotation or support) | Purpose of the request, name, email, company, country / region, phone / WhatsApp, instrument / model, material, target elements, sample form, quantity, purchasing timeframe, serial number and your request. |
| Distribution partnership | Name, email, company, country / region, phone / WhatsApp, current product lines, markets and customer types, technical and service capabilities, and your request. |
Fields that are required are identified in the form. You do not need to include a complete technical report or a customer’s confidential information in an initial message.
How Inquiry Information Is Used
Inquiry information is used to understand and respond to the request and to coordinate the relevant application, quotation, partnership or support discussion.
Technical Information and Website Features
The website features actually enabled may involve additional technical information or browser storage. The following description identifies the data and purposes applicable to the current deployment.
Recorded with a form submission
When you send an inquiry, the website also stores the following with it:
- the address of the page from which the form was sent;
- the external website that referred you, if any;
- campaign parameters contained in the address you arrived at, such as utm tags or advertising click identifiers, if any;
- the language of the page;
- a salted hash derived from your IP address, rather than the IP address itself;
- your browser’s user agent (the browser and device description it sends).
Browser storage
The website keeps one item in your browser’s session storage, named wb-attribution. It holds the first page you landed on during the current browsing session, the time of that visit, the external website that referred you and any campaign parameters in that address. It is used to attribute an inquiry you send during that session. Session storage is cleared by your browser when the browsing session ends.
What is not used
No analytics, advertising pixels, chat widgets, maps or video embeds are installed on this website. Fonts are served from this website itself, so your browser does not request them from a third-party font service. The website does not set cookies for visitors; WordPress login cookies apply only to website administrators.
Who Receives or Processes Information?
The people and systems involved depend on the request and the website’s actual receiving, storage and handover arrangements. The following information identifies the relevant recipients or processing categories and their purposes.
- Each submission is saved as a private record in this website’s WordPress database. Only website administrators can access these records.
- An email notification of each submission is sent to the company’s inquiry mailbox so that the request can be answered.
Documents and Confidential Project Information
The initial inquiry should contain only the information needed to explain the request. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or a third party’s restricted documents in the message field.
The website’s forms do not accept file uploads.
Submitting information for an inquiry is separate from approving a public customer case or testimonial. Any proposed public use of customer or channel project information needs its own review and confirmation of the permitted scope.
Marketing Communications
The website’s inquiry forms do not include a marketing subscription option.
Questions or Requests About Your Information
To ask a privacy question or make a request concerning information provided through this website, use the contact methods on our Contact page. Explain the request and provide enough context to locate the relevant interaction without including unnecessary confidential information.
