High-Frequency Infrared Carbon & Sulfur Analyzers
CS2020
High-frequency infrared carbon & sulfur analyzer for carbon and sulfur in steel, ores, finished metals and other inorganic materials, with four physical detection cells covering low and high carbon/sulfur ranges.

Overview
About the CS2020
The CS2020 Carbon and Sulfur Analyzer will redefine the way that you analyze carbon and sulfur in steel, ores, finished metals and other inorganic materials. Through extensive customer feedback and innovative design, Jiebo’s new generation of instruments can accurately analyze carbon and sulfur in any laboratory environment.
Capabilities
What the CS2020 is designed for
Features
- Reliable Automation: the fully automatic double-brush cleaning device/automatic vacuum de-dusting system, which does not require any tools for maintenance, makes the furnace head maintenance-free for more than 200 cycles.
- Monitors all parameters of the system environment and automatically detects and diagnoses the utilization status of each solenoid valve and HF.
- Pressure compensated and temperature controlled gas standard system.
- Log file function to record all operations, results, maintenance and other information.
- Improved infrared cell technology: the constant temperature adiabatic technology of the new generation infrared cell eliminates the interference of external ambient temperature.
- Long-life infrared emitting light source and drift-free circuit design ensure the long-term stability of the infrared detection cell.
- Carbon and sulfur high and low double range can be selected.
